CBD
The ingredients in these gummies (i.e., CBD, CBN, melatonin, and L-theanine) have no known interactions to suggest against use within a 24-hour time period. However, always consult your healthcare provider to be sure it is appropriate for your unique situation. Further, it's important to know that research is not yet clear on ideal CBD dosages for unique conditions and symptoms. When it comes to CBD, we like the statement, "Start low, go slow." With that in mind, even though the product serving may state "2 gummies," many folks begin with just one or even 1/2 of one gummy. In those cases, your healthcare provider may support beginning with 1/2-1 calm gummy in the morning and 1/2-1 sleep gummy at night. We also like to use melatonin as a more infrequent, but as-needed tool to assist with falling asleep or as a temporary support to reset the internal clock (read more about that here: https://www.naturalmentalhealth.com/blog/melatonin-for-sleep). Our Sleep gummies are ideal for those applications as well. And in general, when it comes to CBD (without melatonin) we find that some folks find support with daily use, whereas others simply take as-needed. Again, check with your healthcare provider and then pay close attention to your own unique needs.
Research suggests that many reported side effects that occur with CBD use are most often the result of drug-to-drug interactions between CBD and other medications an individual may be taking. That's why it's so important to speak with your doctor before starting any supplement, and this is particularly true with CBD.
Here's how these interactions occur: CBD is broken down by the body via the same pathway as many prescription drugs. If multiple compounds are competing in this pathway (e.g., CBD and a prescription drug), then something called "altered concentration" can occur. This means that too little or too much of the drug is left in the body. When too little remains, a drug may no longer work as intended. When too much remains, side effects may increase. Penn State College of Medicine has a really handy list of medications that may be impacted by altered concentration due to a combination with cannabinoids. Unfortunately, this list does not make any distinctions between CBD or THC, but it provides some guidance. Bring this list to your doctor before starting any CBD product.
Penn State also found potentially serious interactions between prescription CBD and THC products and the following products:
- Warfarin and other blood thinners
- Amiodarone (heart medication)
- Levothyroxine (thyroid medication)
- Seizure medications (clobazam, lamotrigine, valproate)

Once the product leaves our facility there’s nothing we can do on our end to intercept. Customers can call the USPS wit h the tracking number and see if they can correct the zip code while it’s in transit. We have found that calling the local USPS office where the package is *stuck* is the best way to reroute it. You can do this by googling USPS + the zip code of the office where the tracking says it is.
You can find your tracking number by logging into your account and locating your latest order or off of the shipping confirmation email you received.

If you need to return an item, please log in to your account. Once in your account:

If your return is approved, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
*All returns qualified for a refund MUST be unopened with the safety seal intact on each supplement.

In order to exchange an item you will need to return the original item and then reorder the item you would prefer. Please note we do not cover the cost of shipping for any items that were not due to negligence on our part i.e; damaged, incorrect item sent.

Shipping
While we make every attempt possible to ensure prompt delivery of your order, once your package has left our fulfillment center, it is out of our control. We suggest a 5-10 day delivery window to be on the safe side, however, shipments typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
An ongoing issue is that scans are occasionally skipped and therefore tracking isn't being updated as it travels through the distribution centers. This may result in your package appearing "stuck" in one location for a period of time. Unfortunately we receive no additional information when this occurs.
Please let us know if your shipment has been delayed for longer than 14 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Supplements
Our manufacturing facilities adhere to the following policies:
Follow rigid Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs) and Methods of Procedure (MOPs) throughout every stage of production.
Test all incoming raw materials in a state-of-the-art, in-house laboratory for:
- Identification: Is the material what it says it is?
- Purity: Does it contain any contaminants?
- Composition: Does it match expected specifications? All mixing of raw materials occurs in dedicated blending rooms following strict protocols to ensure product consistency. Thorough pre and post-cleaning inspections are performed to ensure the highest state of sanitation has been achieved.
All finished products are tested for:
- Identification: Does the formula contain the correct ingredients?
- Strength: Are the ingredients present in the potencies claimed?
- Purity: Does the formula contain any contaminants?
Every new formula is subjected to stability testing, which involves assaying ingredients to detect any degradation at 6-month intervals, thus ensuring the formula meets label claim at expiration.
Microbiological testing is also performed to detect any biological impurities in the ingredient samples.
None of our formulas contain artificial colors, artificial sweeteners, or preservatives. Please refer to each specific product page for more detailed information specific to gluten, dairy, vegan, etc.
There are a few instances in which fillers are used. When they are, we use vegetable-based cellulose to fill a capsule that may have a very small amount of active ingredients.
We strive to provide the highest quality herbs and the best value. When they are available in the marketplace, and especially when they are deemed critical to the efficacy of a formula, we use standardized herbal extracts.

Both Relax Powder and Relax capsules contain magnesium, but slightly different kinds. Relax Powder has magnesium l-threonate which has been shown to cross the blood-brain barrier more easily than other forms of magnesium. That may make it more effective for calming brain activity, reducing anxiety and helping with sleep. However, for those who prefer not to use the powder, the Relax capsules should have much the same benefits in a more convenient form.
You may have noticed we do not have our full line of aromatherapy oils and inhalers on our store anymore. This is mostly due to manufacturing and supply challenges during the pandemic. While the aromatherapy manufacturing is on our priority list, at this time we don't have a definitive date for production.
