Use: Vitamin D supports many functions in the body, including mood, brain, immunity, bone and heart health. To boost or keep your vitamin D level above 40, consider 5000 IU from November-April.*

Directions: Shake well, then take one drop, one to five times daily (plain or in liquid), or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Refrigerate after opening. 

Product Information:  2 oz bottle, each drop is 1000 IUs. Approximately 1500 drops per bottle. Refrigerate after opening. All Resilient Remedies formulas meet or exceed cGMP quality standards.
